Mr. Rahul Kirloskar has been associated with the Kirloskar group for more than 3 decades. In 1993, he was appointed as Managing Director of Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd. and in 1998 as its Chairman. From 2001 to 2012, he was Director of Exports for Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. He founded Kirloskar Chillers Pvt. Ltd. and has also been the Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Pune, Council as well as Maharashtra State CII Council and is also Vice Chairman of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd.

Mr. Ravindranath Gumaste holds a Bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Karnataka Regional Engineering College, Surathkal. After graduation, he joined Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd., in July 1981 & has been instrumental in effecting change, implementing systems & quality development in several departments such as heat treatment, quality control, etc. In 1993, he joined Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd. (KFIL) and later became the Strategic Business Unit Chief for pig iron business of KFIL in 1998. He was appointed as Executive Director of KFIL in 2002 and as its Managing Director in 2003.

Mr. Nishikant Ektare holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT, Nagpur. He possesses working experience in tube industry and steel plant before joining Kirloskar ferrous industries in 1994. He joined Kirloskar Ferrous at Koppal Plant initially as maintenance incharge and subsequently promoted to SBU head, pig iron plant in 2001. Having successfully led the Pig Iron business he was also given charge of the Koppal Foundry and the Plant in 2013 as Chief Operating Officer. Before joining ISMT, he was working as President-Koppal Plant and led various growth initiatives and projects at Koppal plant. He joined ISMT as Managing Director on 10 Mar 2022 post the acquisition by Kirloskar Group. He is passionate about innovation and open to new and breakthrough ideas that could disrupt the business positively. He is a native of Indore and an avid cricket enthusiast.

Mr. Kanakraj Madhavan is a B.E.(Mech.) and MBA (Marketing) and has to his credit almost four decades of rich working experience in Sales, Marketing, Planning, Operations , Logistics & Product Develpment.

Dr. Shalini Sarin holds a Doctorate in Organization Behaviour and a Masters in Sociology and Human Resource Management. She has about three decades of corporate experience ranging from Chief People Officer to head of Corporate Social Responsibility to Business Leader. Her specialization has been change management, leadership, succession & a significant experience in transformations during mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, divestiture and IPOs.

Mr. S Venkataramani is a graduate in science & fellow chartered accountant by profession. He has been in practice of Indirect taxes for more than 25 years in areas of advisory, assessments, appeals, representation before tribunals, enforcement authorities, etc. He was associated with partnership firm 'Singhvi, Dev & Unni', Chartered Accountants in various capacities such as employee, partner and advisor for around 30 years and is in independent practice since January 2020. He is associated as a member of various committees constituted by trade bodies, professional associations, chambers of commerce, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India etc. He is a regular speaker & faculty in areas of sales tax, value added tax and GST at State and National level. He has co-authored books in subjects of VAT and GST..
